Credentials. Next to none!Chemistry of personality in understanding the union between myself & my auto. Next to none. Their commitment to taking care of me ~ & ultimately overcoming & solving the mechanical challenges of my Porsche was paramount to them. They earned my business the old fashion way. They placed my needs ahead of theirs. As a business person I differentiate between the "cost" & the "expense". The cost is the static number associated with the initial work order. The work was done in a timely manner to the highest professional standard by a really nice bunch of people. It's worth noting that they have a huge inventory of parts and tools for these cars which not only allows them to do such specialized work, but also without having to order said parts.
